Kevin D. McCarthy, Esq.

Kevin D. McCarthy, Esquire, was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2013 and joined the firm as an attorney thereafter. Mr. McCarthy graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2013. In 2016 Mr. McCarthy was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. McCarthy attended Saint John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. where he graduated in 2005 as a Cadet Captain in the JROTC program. Mr. McCarthy graduated cum laude from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance.

During law school, Mr. McCarthy was an intern for the Honorable Joseph A. Dugan, Jr., of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and for the Major Investigations Unit of the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. Mr. McCarthy also worked as a law clerk with the firm Mead, Flynn, and Gray, P.A. in Baltimore City assisting in criminal defense matters.

Personally, Mr. McCarthy is a resident of Kensington, Maryland and is married with two sons. Mr. McCarthy is a parishioner of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kensington.
